Position: Benefits Administrator
Salary: From $45K to $55K per year depending on experience
Job Type: 6-month contract
Our exceptional client in the Eglinton and Laird area has an immediate requirement for a Benefits Administrator.
In this role, you will provide a great deal of telephone support to the employees and HR professionals within the companies our client represents. You must be able to express yourself clearly and appropriately and have a strong customer service aptitude.
This position is a 6-month contract paying $45K to $55K per year depending on experience.
You are the superstar we are looking for if you:
– Possess 3 – 5 years of benefits administration experience
– Are able to assist clients and employees with claims issues, plan questions, etc.
– Have experience liaising between client and carrier for life and disability claims
– Have strong computer skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook
– Possess great attention to detail, proofreading abilities and mathematical aptitude – a must
– Possess strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal
