Bilingual Front Desk Coordinator

It produces practically all the components necessary to its watch companies. The Swatch Group Canada offers watches in all market categories:

 

  • Blancpain, Breguet, Glashutte Original, Jaquet Droz in the luxury segment
  • Omega, Rado and Longines in the top range
  • Tissot, Hamilton, Mido and Calvin Klein in the middle segment
  • Swatch and FlikFlak in the basic segment

Duties & Responsibilities

 

  • Answer telephone calls and assist customers with various inquiries
  • Greet visitors/customers and notify appropriate staff
  • Maintain a professional front reception image
  • Sort & distribute incoming mail and make arrangements for courier pick-ups
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Enter cheques/invoices received into daily cheque /invoice list spreadsheets
  • Assist with travel bookings for employees
  • Prepare POs for flight arrangements and office purchases in a timely manner
  • Assisting HR with attendance tracking
  • Gather information from customers about a timepiece’s problem and its service history
  • Source and negotiate hotel rates nationally
  • Process & update repair statuses in SAP
  • Support Customer Service as a frontline resource
  • Assist in organizing company/ employee events
  • Create letters and correspondence to assist in the communication of information to company employees and customers
  • Support our Sales department with inquiries related to price and availability
  • Assist in mailing out invoices and statements for the Accounting department
  • Source and negotiate hotel rates nationally
  • Assist in responding to emails & phone inquiries in French
  • Light office maintenance (coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge, etc)
  • May assist other departments with administrative tasks when necessary

 

Job Requirements:

  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
  • Bilingual in French/English (written and spoken) a must
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. Professional, outgoing and positive attitude
  • 2-4 years experience in the customer service field.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must possess excellent organization and analytical skills
  • Detail oriented person who brings their best efforts to the job.
  • Must have strong working knowledge using MS Office including Word and Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. Professional, outgoing and positive attitude.
  • Working knowledge of SAP is an asset.
