Position Summary


The  Sales &  Marketing  Assistant will directly be supporting the management team.   Possessing very strong administrative and organization skills and has the desire to grow within the organization.


The Job

•  Assist sales by responding to inbound customer inquiries, following up on campaigns and making outbound calls
•  Assist in writing marketing, and informative content, articles, press releases and client emails in a timely manner
•  Work closely with the marketing team to develop leads and customers

•  Proactively manage the agenda, mail, email and calls (screen and resolve calendar conflicts, filter requests, prioritize importance)
•  Organize travel arrangements (plans, accommodations, etc…)
•  Liaise between departments to ensure timelines are met
•  The ability to occasionally travel within North America
•  Adhere to company policy and other requirements relating to care of equipment


Your Contribution


•  You will have strong work ethic, positive attitude, be self-management, adaptable and open to input and change.
•  You will be self-motivated individual who pays close attention to details and has the desire to learn and grow within the organization
•  You will have a Bachelor of Arts, Business, Administration or Marketing Degree or equivalent Diploma
•  Professional written and verbal communication skills in English
•  Commitment to your promises
•  Customer service experience B to B or recent outbound sales experience is an asset
•  Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint)
•  Able to work independently or in a team
•  Good communication skills or direct correspondence with customers and other departments
•  Fluent second language an asset
