Creative Services Analyst

The Creative Services Analyst is responsible for providing graphic design for both traditional print and digital media. They will also provide brand governance support, manage print production and co-ordinate other vendor support as required. This role requires a designer with proven experience designing for digital, including supporting the build of digital content from a visual perspective. Provides graphic design support across all mediums ¿ with an emphasis on digital, including intranet, internet and social media. Provides support in both English and French based on approved content supplied. Supports the creation of email communications from a graphic design perspective. Manages print production and distribution of corporate, product, sales and service materials. Ensures that all design work is in line with brand standards and provides brand governance support for the organization. Manages and develops relationships with creative vendors such as ad agencies, creative agencies, print suppliers, etc. Maintains an in-house library of all creative files and approvals. Assists with other marketing and communications projects as required. Minimum 2-3 years experience in Graphic Design or Creative Services, preferably within financial services industry; experience must include both traditional print design and digital design. University/college Degree in a related field, or equivalent experience. Advanced user of Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office. Strong understanding of pre-press and print production. Highly-organized with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects to tight deadlines. Very detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills. Team-player with superior interpersonal skills and a positive, solutions-driven approach. Excellent written and oral communications skills; including strong proof-reading skills. Creative thinker with a strong customer focus. Working knowledge of MS SharePoint, SQL, JavaScript, and email automation is an asset.
