Mechanic

Our client, in Kingston  is seeking mechanically inclined individuals  to join their team.  As part of this team you will demonstrate an understanding of mechnical / electrical systems and welding with a wide range of material 

Job Title: Mechanic
Location:Kingston 
Pay Range: $18-$24 pending on experience 

What’s the Job?

• Installation of truck equipment such as dump bodies, snow and Ice products, snow plows and spreader including welding bodies to frames. 
• Diagnose electrical issues and repair
• repair hydraulic components including lines etc.
• able to weld steel 
• use a variety of hand held tools
• Ensure fit, finish and function to meet customer requirements and expectations.

What’s Needed?

• mechanical aptitude and previous mechanical experience (Having a license is an asset)
• welding experience 
• experience with variou welding and cutting equipment including mig, tig, plama and oxy/ acetylene 
• experience working in an industrial setting
• hard worker 
• ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
