As a Client Specialist, you will be responsible for providing customer service excellence in our retail stores and becoming knowledgeable of the benefits of Cash Money products and services. Using your sales ability, you will explore opportunities to meet our clients’ needs. Additional accountabilities include accuracy in cash balancing, adherence and compliance with all policies and procedures and governing federal and provincial legislations. All Client Specialists will be required to work a variety of shifts, which include days, evenings and weekends.
High School Diploma or equivalency
Customer service and retail sales experience
Cash handling experience
Able to pass a credit and criminal background check (18+)
