This is a Full-time position in Toronto, ON posted March 20, 2017.

DESCRIPTION

Main duties:

Answering phones  
Invoicing Opening and distributing daily mail
Ordering of office supplies & Inventory control
Administer and manage inbound/outbound mail, including priority post, packages, courier services, and other correspondence when necessary
Greet individuals professionally at reception
Assist colleagues in day to day activities

 

 Requirements:
1 year office/reception experience
Polite and professional communication skills in-person, and via telephone
Fast and accurate data entry skills
Superior time management skills and ability to meet daily deadlines
High level of attention to details
Excellent organizational skills and ability to establish priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to deal with all levels within the organization
Positive and upbeat attitude
