This is an 18 months to 2 year project
The required BA will be supporting the business team to communicate what is required in the building of the new regulatory reporting system (designed to take in various forms of data from the organization and compile reports in various formats).
The BA will be participating in work shops and working closely with the technology team to provide information on what types of data are necessary for the system. This person will help the business team determine how this information needs to be communicated to the technology team for data reporting.
This person is essentially the bridge between the technology and business teams. They should be able to understand business process and be able to successfully communicate technical ideas and concepts clearly to a variety of audiences within the business. Technical knowledge and understanding will be used when interpreting ideas between both sides of the business. Actuarial technical knowledge (calculations) is an asset.
