Position: Bilingual Client Service Analyst
Location: Toronto

Our client, a leader in portfolio analytics, is currently seeking a Client Service Analyst for their Toronto office.

Please note the ideal candidate must:

– Be bilingual (French/English) – proficient in speaking and writing
– Possess experience or knowledge of investments, finance industry or portfolio management
– Have a strong understanding and/or interest in technology
– Be creative and analytical

Experience in an application support role (BA, QA or CS) would be an asset.

In this role, you will be:

– Working with clients, Developers and IT staff to provide solutions and maintain a high level of client satisfaction
– Utilizing external/internal tools and systems for case tracking
– Implementing/upgrading technology, and training clients
