Customer Service Agent – F/T $15-16/HR


This is a Full-time position in Toronto, ON posted March 20, 2017.

With the recent expansion our office is busier than ever and we are hiring Customer Service Agents for immediate Full Time employment.

Positions are Entry Level & Permanent


You will be responsible for working with customers to identify their needs and work out how the company can best meet those requirements.

Required Skills:

         Team work

         Must have customer service skills.

         Accuracy

         Must be reliable and punctual.

         Be willing to learn.

All Training is provided (paid)

Accepted candidates will be responsible for:

         Offering solutions for customer inquiries and investigating any issues

         Recording new customer accounts

         Handling questions and concerns and escalating when necessary

         Paper-work processing and daily reports

         Providing quality service at all times

         Keeping up to date to company policies and procedures

         Other duties as assigned my team manager

Any customer service related experience is an asset.
