Position: District Prospecting Manager – Cosmetics Industry
Salary: $42,500 per year + commission structure (first year income ranging from $60,000 to $65,000 per year)

Our client is a well-established international company which represents women’s beauty products and is actively looking for a skilled individual in sales, recruitment and training in order to grow a team. As a District Sales Manager, your role will be to engage others to sell product and sell the concept to potential Consultants outlining the benefits and earning power.
In this role, prospecting, recruiting, training and mentoring a team will be all critical for success. Your drive and outcome will be determined by established challenging and realistic goals for yourself as well as designing goals for your team.
