We are looking for a File Transfer Support Analyst ( for the Enterprise Network Services group) that will be responsible for providing 2nd level support for file transfer issues within our client’s infrastructure team. The Enterprise Network Services group provides File Transfer services for the client ‘s internal and external business clients.
The technical environment is UNIX and mainframe (JCL) platforms and the consultant may be required to provide custom scripting. The Consultant will be required to have or undergo Government Security Clearance.
The B2B File Transfer Support Analyst will:
Monitor file Transfer events and alerts, triage/analyze and resolve or escalate as appropriate
Accept user requests, triage and analyze them, then complete or assign as appropriate
Handle incidents and problems per ITIL model
Follow ITIL model for any changes required to file transfer environment devices
Use hardware and software knowledge to ensure solutions integrate well into existing environment
Work with 3rd level team to ensure documentation is accurate
