Inside Sales/Customer Service position for the Mississauga area. Client is seeking a bilingual candidate to be responsible for providing support to customers and outside Sales Reps. Must be proficient in the MS Office suite of applications, with prior exposure to CRM and ERP software. The individual will be hands-on, organized and motivated with a desire to help grow the operation.
Will handle incoming calls to service customers in fulfulling their parts, tooling and supplies requirements.
Track orders to ensure timely delivery, keeping customers informed of any updates
Assist and suport the sales team in achieving sales and operational goals, generating equipment leads where appropriate in the process
Other projects/tasks as assigned
Must be bilingual (English — written and spoken, French spoken)
Motivated to learn
Ability to take initiative and be proactive in follow through
Knowledge of woodworking machinery/parts is beneficial
Parts sales and customer service experience is required.
