Position Summary:

As a Store Manager, you will play the leading role in the operation of
your store. Your areas of focus include:

  1. Financials – achievement of
    revenue goals by identifying sales and revenue opportunities; building
    business relationships with potential clients; participating in community
    events and; testing and implementing new products and services.


  1. People – Lead a strong and dedicated team that will
    deliver exceptional client service to ensure that raving fans are created
    internally and externally.  You
    believe in coaching and mentoring employees to ensure the best performance
    each and every day.  You will have
    experience in all aspects of human capital management including:
    recruitment and selection, performance management, employee appraisal
    processes and succession planning.  


  1. Compliance – Keep yourself
    abreast of changes in anti-money laundering, privacy and accessibility


  1. Personal Development – Demonstrate
    continual learning by participating in educational opportunities, reading
    professional publication, growing your personal networking through social
    media professional organizations.



  • High School Diploma or equivalency

  • Leadership experience in a retail environment (minimum 2 years)

  • Management experience in a fast pace environment (minimum 2 years)

  • Sales
    and Customer service and experience (minimum 6 months)

  • Cash handling experience (minimum 6 months)

  • Able to pass a credit and criminal background check (18+)
