The purpose of this job is to ensure consistency, production schedule adherence and efficiency in the production and presentation of all food products while working closely with kitchen staff to ensure that quality standards are maintained at all times. The Jr Sous Chef will liaise closely with the chef/sous chef to monitor the performance of all kitchen staff and will address deviations in operations as required.
