Our client has single handily reshaped the way business owners interact with their accounting by turning a complex process into a reliable, fast and enjoyable experience. 
The Role; Account Manager

  • Working out of their incredible Downtown Toronto office
  • Up-selling and cross-selling with the top 5% of their client base
  • Focus on selling existing functionalities and features to make sure that clients are getting the most out of their investment (i.e. switching to the new payment processing)
  • Consultative selling with small and medium business owners
  • Measured on net-new incremental revenue

About You:

  • A salesperson; who loves the process of selling and wants to build a foundation for a career  and has a natural ability to build relationships
  • A person of high integrity, energy, and passion; you want to get things done while also doing it the right way with a customer-first attitude
  • A team player; you understand that sales is a team sport and, in order to build something special, we need to make each other better
  • Detail oriented; you’re busy and overbooked, but you manage to do it all, with a smile on your face, and success in the end

Experience required?

  • 1 year of B2B sales experience
  • Software background is an asset  
  • A history of excellence – when you commit to something, you do it well
  • Knowledge and ability to effectively use CRM
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
