Our client is looking for a Canadian Sales Manager to be responsible for all aspects of HVAC sales for the territory Ontario East – Maritimes.
This individual will be assigned a strong book of business comprised of 6 key accounts, and will be responsible for the consultative sales and promotion of HVAC products within the accounts. The successful candidate will sell through the distributor, who then sells to the contractor, who then sells to the end user. So the successful hire should have sell through plans and ideas that trickle down to all parties.
This role should be the next logical step in your career. You must be comfortable being out on the road the majority of the time (a road warrior) and be happy to travel to Windsor, Ottawa, PQ (onboarding new customers), Sudbury/North Bay and Halifax (minimal). You must be able to work independently and also be a very good communicator with head office management – providing updates, competitive analysis and market conditions on a very regular basis.
Base plus bonus = six figures, car, all expenses, RRSP match plan and a great, stable work environment.
