Our client has become a leading wholesaler, manufacturer, and distributor of apperal/linen into hospitality and healthcare.  They work very closely with each client to customize the solution that best works for them.  They have a manufacturing plant in Ontario and are able to customize patterns, colours, logos, or whatever the client wishes.  T

About the Role

  • You will be responsible for developing, mentoring, coaching a team of Field Sales Reps
  • Your team will be responsible for selling a suite of solutions to varies industries
  • You will be accompanying your reps on client meetings
  • You will be responsible for sales reporting, metrics and trending for the team

 
About You

  • 2-3+ years managing a team of outside sales reps 
  • Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets/ quotas in a hunting/new business development environment
  • Driven, motivated and hungry to succeed
  • Passionate leader with proven ability to motivate and coach a team to success
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Well versed in using a CRM
  • You have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
