This position is responsible for end-to-end change management, program planning and management, execution and measurement of Sales Enablement programs, and continuous improvement items to enable Sales to meet and exceed their revenue goals. Includes leading the business process design and continuous improvement for the IB Sales and 3rd party channels as it relates to internal and corporate project delivery ensuring that all processes, system changes, learning and development, and sales enablement activities are effectively implemented.
 For optimum success in this role, business insight, collaboration, building effective teams, communicating effectively, and managing ambiguity, will be essential.  You will be accountable for

  • Working with IB Sales Leadership and Business Development Managers to develop, plan and lead the IB Sales enablement and 3rd party channel process to ensure efficient project management implementation for all corporate lead projects
  • Ensuring that all corporate projects and continuous improvement items incorporate change management methodologies to prepare the IB Sales team for any change being introduced
  • Working with IB Sales Leadership and Business Development Managers to design, plan and lead the continuous improvement process for the IB Sales teams as it relates to internal and 3rd party channels
  • Performing business analysis on all IB Sales and 3rd party channel processes to determine efficiencies and implement required changes to increase productivity and customer satisfaction
  • Leading a team of 6 team members in a high paced environment.  This includes providing coaching, training, career development and performance reviews while fostering and encouraging an enriched understanding of Moneris IB Sales line of business, change management and project management techniques 
  • Reviewing and managing the existing knowledge library to determine opportunities to improve the end user experience; ensuring the content is current and relevant and offered in the right modality for users
  • Liaising with IB Sales Leadership, Business Development Managers, Marketing, and Operations to develop, deliver, and maintain effective sales tools including product, policy and procedure and competitive positioning job aids as prioritized by the sales team

Your experience includes

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field of study
  • Proven project management skills with demonstrated ability to effectively manage cross-functional projects
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and track multiple projects through the life cycle steps of initiation, planning, execution and project closure
  • Exhibit system knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills both oral and written, as well as, strong interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable dealing with senior management
  • Strong cross-functional team management skills
  • Innovative, proactive and forward thinking
