Sales Operations Manager – SaaS

This is a Contract position in Toronto, ON posted September 5, 2017.

I am working with an incredibly cool software start-up here in Toronto. They make responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) a lot easier and help companies across different industries collaborate more intelligently on a platform that embodies simplicity and an exceptional user experience. We are looking to add a Sales Operations Specialist to the team. The Role: Sales Operations 

  • Managing entire sales & marketing technology stack
  • Report to the Director of Sales and work closely with Sales & Marketing teams to create and develop new processes and best practices to increase conversion rates across the funnel
  • Be a Salesforce Ninja! Build and improve Salesforce processes and ensure that prospect and customer data is accurate
  • Own the data – build reports and create dashboards to help provide visibility across the teams
  • Help maintain and enforce pipeline hygiene and prioritize opportunities for improvement
  • Create accurate forecasts to better execute our growth strategy
  • Use data to create ideal customer profiles that will help accelerate outbound prospecting and inbound lead-gen activities
  • Identify prospect trends and patterns 
  • Help with onboarding of new reps and provide ongoing training on new tools and processes

About You:

  • University degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years of sales operations experience, preferably in Software as a Service (SaaS)
  • Extremely analytical; you dream of Excel Pivot Tables
  • Extensive experience with CRM (Salesforce Certified Admin), marketing automation software, and other sales related tools
  • Process and data-oriented (you love building reports and dashboards to find ways to improve!)
  • Strong ability to communicate and present potential solutions to senior leadership
  • In depth understanding of sales performance metrics and KPIs
  • Sales experience a bonus
