Carlton Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting for a temporary Finance Administrator in Battersea to provide administration to the team.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience within a similar role and will understand the key components of finance and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities: Respond to all phone and email enquiriesPrepare and send invoicesRaise Purchase OrdersManage a database and enter income and expenditureBank reconciliations on a monthly basisPrepare income and expenditure reports including quarterly and annuallyPrepare and send VAT returnsProcess DBS checks for studentsOversee stocks and reorder supplies as neededFile student recordsReview the websites online portal to check for new applicants and changesArrange and schedule meetingsSend emails and calendar requests to confirm appointmentsAny other ad hoc duties Experience/ Requirements: Excellent interpersonal skillsGreat communication skills both written and verbalStrong time management skills, able to prioritise tasksExperience with Excel and databasesExperience within a similar roleUnderstand the principles of accounting and budgeting
