Project Finance Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Project calculations:
– Ensure that project calculations reflect the current status of the project, the TAC (Total Approved Cost / Total at Completion) approved and proposed in the Global FORE tool, by preparing EAC change requests.

– Enter and update project calculations in Global FORE and in the ERP
– Develop and update project budget and forecast figures in Global FORE
– Review and analyze project EAC cost for budget, forecast and actuals in Global FORE and ERP system
– Review and analyze variances between budget, forecast and actual numbers, comment on variances in monthly reports
– with particular attention to percent complete of sales, margin and free cash flow, risks and opportunities and contingencies
– Examine and analyze balance sheet items related to contracts to minimize the net assets used (inventory level, prepayments, accounts receivable, etc.) Project reports:

– Project accounting experience, an asset
