  • Application and implementation of platform design patterns and standards for infrastructure components across various platform domains;
  • Delivery Management functions within the build mandate to co-ordinate and drive deployment- related activities;
  • Structured focus on project delivery to implement deliverables for their respective and specialized areas of infrastructure build; and
  • Specialized Services functions that provision contact center infrastructure and network-related infrastructure work for Real Estate and/or Branch environments, hardware assets etc.

Job Description

Reporting to the Real Estate Infrastructure Portfolio Manager, the successful applicant will join a high-performing team and be accountable for all aspects of infrastructure delivery in support of a portfolio of one-time and ongoing real estate changes.

The successful candidate will do the following:

  • Deliver real estate infrastructure projects: on time, on budget, on scope,
  • Establish and adjust expectations: business, team, SME, etc.,
  • Communicate status to stakeholders, managers, and the customer,
  • Create documents and artifacts including charter, wrapper, etc.,
  • Codify meetings, agreements, requirements, processes, and communication,
  • Manage vendors: technology and construction, and
  • Resolve challenges aggressively and creatively.

Our team works closely with Real Estate, Business Lines and Technology teams on initiatives related to Moves, Openings, Relocations & Technology upgrades or decommissions ensuring the right services align to now & future state. We provide a cost-effective service to deliver Technology to our partners for the future in our North American Campus, Retail and Home locations. Enabling our colleague’s productivity and ease of use no matter where they work.

The successful candidate will do the following:

  • Deliver large real estate infrastructure projects: on time, budget, scope, and with quality
  • Oversight of multiple IT Real Estate projects
  • Strong Knowledge to map IT services to Real Estate design.
  • Communicate with business partners, IT and Real Estate efficiently.
  • Create artifacts as needed for financials, reporting, and presentations.
  • Facilitate meetings, requirements, processes, and communication,
  • Collaborate with vendors: Construction, IT, Audio Video, Real Estate.
  • Resolve challenges aggressively and creatively

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent
  • Proficient knowledge of Waterfall and Agile project management theory, methodology, techniques, rules and practices, estimating/sizing, planning, reporting, conflict resolution and facilitation.
  • 3+ years project management experience
  • Project Management Professions (PMP) Certified or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
