The successful candidate will be responsible for the provision of administrative support including calendar management, data entry, expense reimbursement, report preparation, and other associated duties.What can you expect in this role?Assists the CIO with all administrative functionsCoordination of meetings, managing multiple conflicting meetings and necessary resources, booking and scheduling meetings with internal and external clientsCompiles information and prepares reports and correspondence which is approved in finished form by the requesting partyProvides technical support with regards to budgeting (i.e.

perform data-entry)Coordination and preparation of documentation for leader’s local and international travelProvides general administrative support to the technology leadership teamWhat do you bring to the role?5+ years of experience in a coordinator or support position along with a college diplomaProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint in order to produce professional correspondence and documentationHigh level of maturity and integrity with respect to confidential informationStrong communication skills, both written and verbalProfessional, friendly and courteous in all interactions with internal and external customersExcellent organizational and time management skillsHigh level of comfort dealing with senior level staffWe also take potential into consideration.
