Pay rate: $29.27/hour
Location: Pickering and Bowmanville, ON
Shifts: Monday to Friday | 35h/weekly – working in the office daily
Job type: Full-time contract – 1 year
Administrator responsibilities:
Managing correspondence, arranging meeting and general office support.
Schedules / co-ordinates appointments / meetings and makes all necessary arrangements
Co-ordinates travel arrangements for Executives and other parties as required.
Assist with preparation and creation of reports, presentations, invoices, communications, tables, charts, files, etc.
Skills and requirements:
3+ years of administrative experience supporting multiple managers
Advanced Software proficiency – including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
40 accurate words per minute keyboarding skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent knowledge of general office procedures and practices
