ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT | RICHMOND | $17.00/HR Start date: July 8th 2019 Assignment Type: Full-time Assignment Length: Ongoing Pay: $17.00/hr Location: Richmond (vechile required) Hours: Mon-Thurs 8.30am 5.00pm & Friday 8.00am 4.00pm Our client is a market-leading financial dealer in the automotive industry.

They are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their fun, friendly and family orientated team.

Responsibilities: Organize and maintain physical and digital file & storage systems; Completing clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning etc.; Provide support to receptionist: answering telephone/switchboard, screen telephone calls and respond to routine requests for information and handling courier deliveries; Provide reception coverage during vacation and breaks; Run errands; Other general office tasks as required.

Requirements: Positive attitude with a strong work ethic; Personable and professional in both appearance and demeanor; Able to work both independently and as part of a team; Good Microsoft Office skills; Confident with strong interpersonal skills; Excellent time management and communication skills.
