Responsibilities in this role Opening and closing of the front office, reception area Maintaining client files, updating information and closing files when required Answering in person and telephone inquiries, directing phone calls to other staff members General upkeep of the front office area Greeting clients Other administrative and receptionist tasks as required Responsabilit?s dans ce r?le Ouverture et fermeture de la r?ception Tenir ?
