Our client in the private sector is seeking a Medical Administrative Assistant to join their team ASAP on a contract basis with possibility of permanency!

Hours of work are Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm.

Roles and Responsibilities Provide administrative assistance to the VP; including calendar management, meeting planning Send thank you letters to clients Develop various correspondence through e-mails and phone calls Assist with the preparation and formatting of documentation Coordinate and deliver the day-to-day administrative support services Provide administrative duties to the team as needed Qualifications and Experience Minimum of 1+ years of experience Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) Strong written and communication skills in English Excellent organizational and time management skills Bilingualism is considered a strong asset Apply now for this great opportunity!We are an inclusive employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
