Job Description 1 month contractMaintain files to include all current and required information Process lease and rental documents to meet financial, legal and procedural requirements Maintain communications and interface with Lease and Rental Staff, Retail Sales staff, Interrelated Departments, other Affiliates, and suppliers Assist sales staff to process paperwork as required by insisting on the fulfillment of requisite requirements. Accurately maintain on line data files, e.g.
Idealease unit information, PPSA registrations, etc. Problem-solve to resolve issues and inconsistences encountered during the day to day functions, file documentation, and reporting. Accurately process functions relating to the cost analysis, financing, tracking and set up of new units Provide required reports accompanied by a basic analysis in a timely fashion Invoicing of both fixed and variable charges as required. Required to not only understand and keep abreast of the federal, provincial and local regulations that affect our operations but also to comply with these regulations as well as OH&S regulations.QualificationsDemonstrated understanding of lease/rental paperwork processes Secondary school diploma or equivalent Strong computer skills, Database development, Microsoft Word and Excel are required Good communication skills both written and verbal.
Good time management and organizational skills Experience in an office or dealership environment Experience with KARMAK an asset
