· Administrative Apply Now Bilingual Inside Sales Representative Building Materials Guelph, ON Position Summary: The Inside Sales and Service Representative is responsible for day-to-day inbound sales and customer service calls, related work activities, field sales support, and outbound promotion sales activities.

The representative uses the company’s ERP System to book orders, research and review customer requests and quote information.

Develop quotations and facilitate overall customer satisfaction through effective communications and complaint handling, timely responses and consistent follow through.

Essential functions and responsibilities: Handle incoming customer service and sales calls in a professional, timely and efficient manner.

Enter sales orders and quote new opportunities using existing quotation and pricing parameters found in ERP/database and the Company’s Customer Quote Spreadsheet.

Conduct inbound/outbound sales calls to achieve promotion objectives and bonus payout opportunities.

Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner, including escalating issues that require higher-level decision making and support.

Partner with field sales, increasing sales opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Occasional travel required to support field sales and trade show activities.

Interface with credit, distribution and scheduling to investigate and resolve issues that may impact customer satisfaction and sales results.

Qualifications Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent Two years’ sales and/or customer service experience.

Bilingual in both official languages; French & English Strong verbal, written, phone and interpersonal communication skills.

Math skills, including discount and volume pricing capabilities.

Multi-tasking skills to prioritize and complete daily tasks and activities.

Able to work Monday to Friday, 8am
