Branch Administrative Assistant


This is a Full-time position in City Of Cambridge, ON posted June 30, 2019.


Answering telephone calls and transfer to appropriate staff; Perform general clerical duties but not limited to photocopying, faxing, filing, scan, mail; Bank deposits, write up cash disbursements, and daily deposits; Balance cash on hand daily; Code Accounts Payable invoices/expenses; Maintain postage meter; Arrange for courier pickups; Matching of packing slips and invoices to purchase orders; Control of office supplies.

Health and Safety It is our expectation that all Nortrax Employees will conduct their work in a safe manner, abide by all Nortrax safety policies and report all hazardous conditions and unsafe work procedures.

Working Conditions Although much of the time will be situated in an office/shop environment, occasional travel to other branches may be required.

Minimum Skills and Qualifications Knowledge of Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point); Bilingual; French and English is considered an asset; Superior level of written and verbal communication skills; Ability to work independently and within a team.
