This is a Full-time position in Ottawa, ON posted March 13, 2020.

Senior Administrative Assistant required for our client, a Wealth Management company located in Westboro.

We are seeking a bilingual Senior Administrative Assistant to support the leading Associate and be back-up support to the firms 2 other Associates in a permanent, long-term position.

This is a prestigious firm that has a business professional dress attire.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and French, have some experience in administrative support, be able to multi-task and be looking for a great stable and challenging career.

Roles and Responsibilities Work directly under the leading Associate as the primary function; support other Associates as required.

Book meetings in the office and other locations.

Prepare for and sit in on meetings and take notes, gather information and create client files in the company database.

As as a point of contact between clients and Associates by phone and by email.

Photocopying and scanning of documents.

Handle client files post-meeting.

Qualifications and Experience Industry experience in wealth management, financial services, investor relations, or banking is mandatory.

An understanding of documentation for mutual funds, investment planning, RRSPs, or similar.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.

Availability to work the odd evening shift to meet with clients is required.

Must have worked in a similar role as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant.

Must be competent with Microsoft Office products.
