Marketing administrative assistant


This is a Full-time position in Ottawa, ON posted January 24, 2020.

Our reputable nonprofit client is looking for a Marketing Administrative Assistant to join their team.

Reporting to the Director of Integrated Marketing, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the execution of marketing activities to increase brand awareness and generate revenue.

Roles and Responsibilities Manage the calendar for the Marketing Director and perform other administrative duties when required Assist with executing marketing activities including corporate partnerships, events, brand awareness, direct mail, etc.
