Office Coordinator

This is a Contract position in Milton, ON posted June 19, 2019.

Are you looking to develop your career as an Office Coordinator?

We have partnered with a large player in the Pharmaceutical industry for an amazing opportunity.

In this role, you will have exposure to Human Resource functions, Payrolling, Invoicing, Vendor follow-up and Health & Safety.

We are looking for someone who has a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR role.

This role will allow you to join a leader in the Pharmaceutical Industry in Canada.

The position will be located in Milton with easy access to the 401.

This will be a permanent full-time role with an estimated start date of June 15th.

Responsibilities
– Monitoring payroll and compiling data into the system as required
– Processing any documents related to workplace injuries, disabilities or anything related to employment changes
– Coordinate recruitment for general labour positions and upcoming projects
– Supporting operations with any administrative duties required
– Manage attendance for employees in the portal
– Coordinating invoices, PO’s, vendor payment and some budget functions Advantages

– Annual Salary of $50,000-$60,000 Qualifications
– 2 years or more working in an HR administrative role
– Knowledge of Kronos and SAP would be an asset
– Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy will be required for the role
– Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
