Quality Administrator-12 month contract

This is a Contract position in Toronto, ON posted January 29, 2018.

11:30am-8pm Shifts-The Quality Administrator is responsible for consistently and accurately measuring the quality of service provided by B2B Bank rendered to all prospective and existing bank clients. The incumbent will be involved in measuring the quality control of transactions performed by team members within different departments. The Quality Administrator will identify and provide leaders with key areas of success and areas for improvement. The incumbent will also work with the department management team to ensure that the defined standards of quality are consistently applied across all evaluations.Perform quality control for transactions based on established standards, policies and procedures. Identify and communicate quality results and trends to all impacted stakeholders. Participate in meetings as required. Ensure all deliverables are completed within pre-established timelines. Maintains extensive knowledge and understanding of B2B Bank products, services, policies and procedures. Support the evolution and improvement of B2B Bank¿s quality program. Participates in special projects and tasks as needed.Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field, and 2 to 3 years of related work experience within a financial institution. Understanding of the financial services industry, its independent distribution channels, and the regulatory environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows. Excellent time-management, interpersonal and organizational skills are required for the role. Ability to adapt quickly to change. Analytical, results-oriented, self-motivated, diplomatic, and adept at building customer relations. Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
