About Hireno Hireno is a full-service Facility management & renovation company.

Located in Toronto, Hireno manages facility services and renovation projects across all of Canada for middle and large businesses.

Our role is to take the hassle off employers of managing multiple facilities issues, construction projects, maintenance or daily cleaning, so employers can focus on their own business.

We have worked with major corporations in the cleaning, restaurant, pharmacy and HVAC industry.

We are currently looking for a Sales Executive help us grow and bring new clients on board.

Key Responsibilities Researching the target market and finding companies to target and finding prospects and leads Cold calling potential customers and selling the company’s services, and develop prospects through referrals, direct mail and current contacts Attending meetings with potential customers and closing sales, as well as organising sales visits Building a sales pipeline to ensure a constant stream of sales Meeting and exceeding monthly sales and revenue targets as set by the BDM Updating the CRM and inputting information on customers Providing assistance to other members of the team Following up on generated leads Investigating and resolving queries from customers Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings Generating new and qualified leads identifying key executive contacts and understand their business profile and objectives, and be able to position our offerings accordingly Taking client briefs and developing quotes and proposals based on client needs and goals Maintain a healthy base of leads and contacts that you can reach out to in your business development efforts Reach out to senior decision makers across the industry and discuss opportunities Submit RFPs/proposals and presentations as required Qualifications: BSc or BA in business administration, sales or marketing 2 years of experience in similar position Good knowledge of CRM software, Knowledge in Salesforce is a plus Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success Good time-management skills Great interpersonal and communication skills Enthusiastic and passionate Fearless
– relishes a strong sales atmosphere Self-motivated individual looking to work in a start-up environment with a performance-based culture Strong entrepreneurial spirit and attitude Experience in RFPs/proposals and presentation support Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus
