This is the opportunity you can build a career on.  Technical Administrative Assistant / Entry Level DraftspersonYour primary goal in this position will be to provide working drawings/designs for our senior team. This is a golden learning opportunity in which you’ll work closely with the technical staff, picking up industry skills and knowledge as you go, like junior drafting skills for industrial equipment and structural steel.When you’re not engaged on the technical side, you’ll oversee various types of communications between team members and clients: things like purchase orders, specification documents, and drawings. You’ll ensure that everything is double checked and correct, saving colleagues and clients from the little mistakes that cause big headaches.In the process you’ll learn our business and project structures, and become familiar with the needs of our clients as our technical front desk person. Communications between the client and our team will flow through you. You’ll act as a filter and gatekeeper, connecting internal and external people in the right ways. Our office hours are 8am to 5pm, and you’ll have some flexibility working within those hours. Starting salary will be $18 to $21, commensurate with experience.
