Associate, Sales Support-Natural Specialty Sales

This is a Contract position in Petawawa, ON posted October 1, 2021.

Overview: Administrative Sales Support
– Natural Specialty Sales Vancouver, BC Natural /Specialty Sales is a business unit of Acosta that is looking for a Sales Support Admin to join their Team.

NSS is a consumer products management organization, providing strategic operations and sales execution services to consumer brand companies competing in Canada.

Our focus is on Natural / Organic product lines, both Food & Beverages as well as Health, Beauty and Wellness products.

Responsibilities: Responsibilities: DATA ENTRY
– SALES PLANNER MAINTENANCE: Prepare and maintain all company and office forms when necessary as it relates to the Natural Account Manager team: Assist with Natural Account Managers with: Presentations, power point presentations, assist with sales planners, and planning.

Update and communicate with Client Development Managers on new product launches.

Distributor codes and distributor listings.

Update NSS Line List and distribute to all Western Sales team (Natural & Key Accounts) Create and Publish a sneak peek or new product news letter to the team.

Create and publish needed posters or sales related POS material for retailers.

Assist Natural Account Managers in ensuring promotion calendars for distributors and direct manufacturers are updated and maintained as needed.

MARKETING MATERIALS: Work with Clients, Client Development Managers and Marketing for the distribution for all sales related items: Coordinate the distribution of all sales related marketing materials, sell sheets, POS danglers, displays, signage and coupons.

Create gift baskets as needed for seasonal promotions.

SAMPLES: Receive and order samples from Client’s as needed and directed by Client Development team.

Receive and organize all samples shipped for new product launches, line extensions and car stock.

Organize and ship samples to the out of town natural sales team in a timely manner.

Organize samples for the local natural sales team to be picked up.

Coordinate new distributor listing samples to be sent as directed from the Client Development team Create shipping documentation and ship all requested samples.

Working with Purolator and Same Day Courier.

Communicate with the Natural Sales team in the West on what samples are arriving and shipping out.

Order and arrange pick up of samples from distributors as per approval from Client Development team.

Police and manage all samples in the sample room.

Maintaining short dated product, organizing shelving.

Maintaining samples and testers that are required for retailer accounts.

Key Account & Natural Account Managers.

Work with Distributors to order and pick up samples weekly as per set guidelines.
