Pay Rate: $25
Location-Remote
Language Requirement: Bilingual French required
Responsibilities
- Conduct telephone support for Qolsys, DSC, and Sur-Gard products
- Resolve issues within SLA times
- Provide feedback and evaluate products
- Work on application software and hardware products
Required:
- Fluent in French
- Strong technical background or associative degree preferred
- Experience with hardware and software issues
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- M-F shift work (8am EST-8pm EST)
- First shift: 8:00 AM EST – 4:30 PM EST
- Last shift: 11:30 AM EST – 8:00 PM EST
Optional:
- Previous technical support experience
- Experience in electronic security or communications industry
- Understanding of networking principles
