We enable better financial lives by powering investing, governance, and communications for our clients, their customers, and the financial services industry.Job DescriptionProvide direct application support on all client inquiries and issues in English and FrenchAssist clients by researching system problems and finding practical solutions to meet their requirementsProvide guidance to other team members in researching product issues and complex system queriesDetermine appropriate action to resolve issues and forward recommendations both internally and to clientsAssist with configuration, month-end statement processes, weekend release support and other tasks as assignedProvide internal and external training support on the Winfund suite of productsUnderstand and mitigate the impact of application changes on business processesResearch, document and accurately complete assigned tickets within designated timelinesApply extensive diplomatic skills to deal with challenging client relationshipsSpecial projects that are delegated by the manager and other duties as requiredInvestigate and accurately document system problems reported by clientsQualificationsCollege Diploma, preferably in Business Administration and/or Computer/Software EngineeringMinimum two years financial/brokerage industry experienceWorking knowledge of the Winfund suite of products would be an assetKnowledge of accounting software packages for brokerage firms, order management systems and portfolio systems would be an assetIntermediate experience with modern browsers, Windows 10, MS Office, SQL ServerWriting MS SQL scriptsBasic knowledge of Windows Server 2016 and 2019Working knowledge of Microsoft office productsSuccessful completion of the CSC and/or IFIC Mutual Fund Operations course is an asset, or, industry recognized post-secondary courses (i.E.

CSC)Fully bilingual (French / English verbal and written)Strong organizational skills while being detail-orientedExcellent problem-solving and analytical abilityKnowledge of the software development lifecycle, implementation and quality assurance methodologies is an assetAbility to work in a fast-paced, team environment with minimal supervisionAbility to multi-task and quickly adjust focus based on changing prioritiesExcellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
