Call Center Agent/ Collection

This is a Contract position in Markham, ON posted November 17, 2021.

We offer regular full-time hours, benefits after 6 months, and base pay plus bonuses.

Our office is closed on weekends and statutory holidays. If you are entry level or experienced with accounts receivable, ARO Inc. has a spot for you!

Responsibilities

Utilize our skip tracing tools and databases to locate consumers;

Establish contact with consumers (by telephone) and assist with the resolution of delinquent accounts (outbound and inbound calls);

Analyze and update consumers account information to determine the best possible solution for the account;

Negotiating repayment of past due or overdue accounts;

Clearly documents call results and content of calls;

Manage workloads/lists of consumers who have failed to make payments;

Abide by all Collection Agency Acts and Regulations as legislated in each Province;

Uphold the client (Creditor) work plans and the ARO code of ethics by treating consumers with honesty, dignity, and respect at all times.

Qualifications:

Minimum one (1) year 3rd Party Collection experience preferred

Self Motivated, Goal and Detail Oriented

Customer service, Call centre or Sales experience considered an asset

Strong Negotiating and Conflict Resolution skills

Excellent Verbal and Written Communication

Strong Organizational Skills

Dedicated and Ethical

Bilingualism considered an asset

Ability to work individually and with a team

Successful Candidates will be required to complete a background check
