Inside Sales Representative (Call Center ) – $20.43 Per Hour

What’s in it for you?
*$20.43 per hour, plus 4% vacation pay
* Day shift Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm
*Paid weekly, every Friday
*Eligible for bonus program (before tax)

• Starting bonus CAD $400 will be paid after completion of 4 consecutive weeks of service
• Completion bonus of CAD $800 will be paid after completing 12 weeks service.

*Paid training up to six weeks
*One year contract and potential for permanent after 4 months
*Free on-site parking
*Spacious workstations with updated technology platforms and equipment

What is the job?
*Develop relationships with the advertisers and consult on their advertising needs
*Proactively conduct outreach calls to set up full value calls
*Manage existing client relations to promote ongoing sales opportunities
*Conduct market research to create and maintain a prospect list of clients
*Improve client’s experience by driving optimal and appropriate product adoption

What do you bring to the job?
*Possess a High School Diploma or GED
*Ability to obtain a Criminal Record Check
*Able to provide at least two professional reference 
*1-year Customer Service/Call Center/sales experience
*Tons of experience in social media
*Previous experience in working with targets and fast paced environment
*Go getter attitude, ability to overcome sales rebuttals
*Flexibility to work any given shift 5 days per week
*Superior written and verbal communication skills in English
