Join Minto to find out how you can be a part of it all! The Opportunity:The Client Services Coordinator is responsible for all receptionist and administrative duties to support the Design Centre team and provide an exceptional customer experience to all Minto purchasers. What youll be responsible for day to day: Responsible for providing exceptional customer experience for all visitors and callers to the Minto Design Centre;Answers telephone inquiries and greets home owners and potential purchasers in the Design Centre;Provides home owners with tours of the showroom floor and discussing processes and products;Creates, organizes and maintains new home owners residential files;Scheduling purchaser appointments with Design Consultants to achieve completion of selections prior to construction of homes;Maintains and updates schedules for Design Consultants in Microsoft Outlook including tracking and re-scheduling home owners;Creates and maintains weekly and monthly tracking sheets for home owners and Design Consultants;Attends and aides in setup of monthly Design Centre Orientation night presentation for new home purchasers;Keeps showroom and storage area clean, organized and tidy with supplier materials;Maintains front office coffee bar and orders supplies when needed including serving coffee and tea to customers;Maintains all showroom lighting and orders bulbs when required;Coordinates trade partner service calls as required to maintain operation of showroom floor;Obtains signatures from home owners on payments sheets;Process payments for upgrades from home owners (debit, cheque, credit card);Supports sales in coordinating appointments for browsing;Other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, as requested by management. Who were looking for: Experience: Previous work experience is an asset.Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:Bilingualism is an assetCommunication skills (listening, verbal)Interpersonal skills Dependable/Reliable Adaptable/Flexibility Time ManagementGood organizational skills to maintain specific timelinesAttention to detail
