Corporate Recruiter Full Time Employment Remote/Home Office
– Canada Summary As a Corporate Recruiter you will be responsible for managing various talent acquisition projects, and consulting with our business’ hiring teams on recruitment process and best practices.

The successful candidate will be excited to lead hiring activities end-to-end, and engage top talent for career opportunities with our organization.

We’re looking for an experienced Corporate Recruiter who has exceptional relationship management skills (with both hiring teams and candidates), a demonstrated ability to adapt and implement creative solutions to business challenges, and proven success in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities: Consult with hiring managers and business leaders to review staffing requirements, and determine best search and selection strategy Develop and implement proactive recruitment strategies to continuously maintain a pipeline of warm candidates, including direct sourcing competitive talent for senior level, and other critical positions within the organization Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to hiring teams on all aspects of the recruitment process, including interviewing techniques and selection criteria Provide valuable input in the ongoing development of recruitment and employer branding strategies for company career sites, external job boards and key sourcing networks Work closely with regional and global HR business partners to align long-term staffing and business planning initiatives with recruitment Lead, and participate in various company-wide, and business specific projects related to talent acquisition and recruitment Succeeding as a Corporate Recruiter will require the following core qualifications and skills: 3
– 5 years of related experience in full cycle recruitment in either an agency or corporate environment is required Experience recruiting a variety of positions within any of the following industries is preferred: professional services, management and/or HR consulting, health & wellness, insurance or financial services Must be experienced in direct sourcing, networking and name generation Excellent communication skills, combined with the ability to influence at all levels within the business Demonstrated ability to build consultative, partnering relationships with hiring managers Demonstrated project management skills and proven success in a fast-paced environment overseeing multiple priorities simultaneously Comfort in navigating change, and ability to drive continuous improvements Well-developed organizational skills, and a high attention to detail Strong experience using applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred), and other recruiting tools (ex.

LinkedIn Recruiter) Full proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint required, experience with Office 365 and Microsoft Teams preferred Post-Secondary education preferred, but more emphasis placed on competencies noted above Job Grade: MS3 Fulfilling work that matters Morneau Shepell is in the business of helping organizations help their people and in the process, we strive to elevate ours.
