This is a full-time role offering 35-40 hours per week.

The respect you deserve.” We offer A Fun work environment Flexible hours A fun, friendly, and supportive team Training and development resources, with over 3000 online training courses at your fingertips Competitive pay and benefits Monthly Bonus Eligibility after 30 days Paid Time Off A strong belief in developing our Team Members and we promote from within whenever possible About the Job Delivers outstanding face to face customer service including accurate processing of loan and payment transactions Performs store opening and closing procedures as required Follows cash handling procedures related to the customer and store transactions Conducts follow-up calls to customers on a timely basis, exhibiting positive and friendly phone manner Performs collection calls to delinquent customers Assists Manager in all other duties to ensure timely payment of outstanding loans Enhance brand awareness online through positive customer and Team Member reviews The ability to enhance positive brand awareness within the communities that we serve About You Positive attitude and work ethic; as an individual, and as part of a team Customer centric attitude; with strong in-person and over-the-phone customer service skills including “suggestive selling”.
