Insurance Tracker – (Bilingual French/English)

  • Makes outbound calls to obtain adequate insurance policies. If the customer is not insured, advise that they must provide confirmation of full insurance coverage;
  • Makes outbound calls to brokers. Confirm coverage with the broker to ensure the policy they send will meet the company’s requirements;
  • Send demand letter if the policy information is not received;
  • Contact customers to advise of the consequences of not providing the full insurance information;
  • Send final notices via Registered Mail; if the policy information is not received
  • Deal with the Inboxes, one day per week;
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Must be bilingual in French and English – both verbal and written
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Attention to detail
  • Understanding of leasing/financing
  • 1+ years customer service experience
  • Ability to find a solution for or to deal proactively with work-related problems
  • Able to work independently
  • Critical thinking
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Able to deal with confrontation in a professional manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to complete assigned tasks under stressful situations
  • College or university degree preferred
  • Experience working in insurance is an asset
