We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Recruiter, to recruit Work At Home Agents from out of province. 

Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities

This position is an Junior Recruiter position, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Recruiter’s responsibilities relate to assisting in maintaining a high standard of customer and client relations and the execution of pro-active recruitment strategy as well as the development of a network of suitable talent to fulfill the organization’s current and future needs.  This undertaking will be facilitated through the effective deployment and utilization of a variety of recruiting vehicles.  This position requires an individual who will demonstrate a high level of responsibility and professionalism, with excellent communication and organizational skills. The individual must also have the ability to multi-task and adapt to change in a fast paced dynamic environment.  

Responsibilities:  (include but are not limited too)

  • Recruit out of province Work At Home Agents
  • Build networks through community to assist in finding qualified candidates.
  • Administrative duties and recordkeeping, which includes all candidate data and information including home office checks and computer specs
  • Assist in updating and revisiting position profiles based on the changing needs of the business
  • Assist in the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
  • Arrange and facilitate Group Information Sessions for interested Work At Home candidates
  • Aid public relations in establishing a recognizable “Best Place to Work” reputation for the company, both internally and externally.
  • Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates.
  • As the 1st point of contact for Work At Home recruiting, it is the recruiters responsibility to ensure success of new hire onboarding and experience from first contact.
  • Manage applicants in ADP WorkforceNow and CCMS (including) merge/activate/Hire in CCMS (Teleperformance HRIS system)Track Work Visa’s
  • Perform other projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Keen understanding of Call Centre environment and Work At Home environments
  • Experience recruiting for Work At Home employees (WAHA)
  • Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. (Excel)
  • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices in multiple provinces
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written – upbeat, positive, friendly and welcoming to all candidates 
  • Require flexibility in work hours – will be required to work Saturdays and evenings when required to fill requisition deadlines

Experience/Education:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of recruiting experience required in a HIGH TRAFFIC, DEMANDING RECRUITING ENVIRONMENT. Work At Home recruiting experience Required. Experience in a call center environment is preferred.
  • Relevant Post-secondary education in Human Resources or equivalent combination or education and experience would be an asset.
