Are you the person we are looking for?

Working as Sales Operations Analyst, you will partner with the Inside Sales, Field Sales & Sales Leaders to drive operational excellence for our sales processes. You will provide an analytical and operational approach to sales processes and be a key contributor to the success of the sales organization by joining the team in our mission to onboard, train and support our sales reps to maintain and improve operational efficiency.

You will work cross functionally within BlackBerry to build internal relationships, help drive projects that will impact our Sales organisation and lead new process improvements to improve and achieve operational excellence.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive excellence in the business by identifying, establishing and maintaining scalable, repeatable process improvements
  • Collaborate with regional sales and marketing leaders to streamline processes, set targets and improve business results
  • Be responsible for day-to-day support of field reps and SFDC activities, such as: CPQ quoting, opportunity management, reports and dashboards, bug fixes and ad-hoc requests
  • Monitor pipeline development, goal setting, and provide analytical insights
  • Provide operational onboarding and training of new hires
  • Support the and Sales Operations team in target setting and account and territory assignment and maintenance.
  • Work together with the Global Order management team to verify the status of orders and ensure timely processing

Ideally, you will have:

  • Experience in an operational, customer service or sales capacity
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
  • Solid working knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC), and MS Office products
  • Confirmed analytical skills with an emphasis on execution
  • The ability to work at multiple levels in the business
  • Knowledge of quoting and ordering tools
