The position is a full-time role and will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives.This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast paced environment where your creativity and talent will have an immediate impact on company productivity and growth.Responsibilities* Assist the sales departments by managing schedules, data management using a CRM system and communicating relevant information with the sales team.* Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material* Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries or returns.* Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested* Communicate important feedback from customers internally to the management & sales departments* Issue/generate monthly sales reports.* Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations based on reports that are run.* Store & sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports* Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness via email or phone* Stay up-to-date with new products and features to be able to meet customers needs. * Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.* Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events for the Sales departments. Qualifications* Proven work experience as a sales support administrator/assistant.* Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Proficiency in English* A team player with high level of dedication* Good customer service attitude* Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)* Administrative Certificate equivalent is required We value diversity and inclusion and encourage all qualified people to apply.
