The key responsibilities include analysis, debugging, and resolution of all issues for the Consumer and Visual Solution Products.Qualifications* Previous experience in a technical support/customer service role is an asset.* High level of problem solving/troubleshooting. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.* Excellent customer service skills are required.* Patience needed for long troubleshooting process with complex issues.* Knowledge of basic electronics concepts.* Education in electronics is an asset.* Knowledge of Microsoft client software (Outlook, Excel, Teams).* Bilingual French and English preferred.Responsibilities* Investigate and escalate any reported issues by reproducing and testing the issues on consumer products.* Handle all incoming warranty requests through to a repair or replace conclusion.* Prepare and publish all necessary technical support files on the Sharp Website.* Inspect all returned warranty units and repair the units when possible.* Maintain all necessary technical information of all supported consumer products for team use.* Organize all related information gathered for products and dealers.* Develop, prepare, and perform consumer product training courses in the Sharp main office, dealer locations, and Online.Accessibility and Diversity StatementSharp Electronics of Canada Ltd. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
